Rental Policies

Price quotes and proposals DO NOT guarantee the availability of rental equipment nor reserve any event dates mentioned.

  • Availability is on a first come first serve basis.
  • Items will only be reserved upon receipt of valid credit card information along with a signed rental agreement.

Deposits/ Payment

To reserve items, Lessor must receive 50% of the contract amount and have a credit card on file. If a credit card is not on file, a cash deposit of 10% of the contract total will be needed in addition to the down payment. Items cannot be held until these payments are received.

The balance on a contract is due before Lessor delivers or when Lessee pick ups items at the showroom. The card on file or cash deposit covers charges for missing or abused rental items, mildewed linens, cleaning fees on specific items, additional labor and/ or services performed, and additional rent for late returns. The entire cash deposit will be refunded if items are returned per policy agreement.

Security of Equipment

The responsibility for rented equipment remains with the Lessee from the time of receipt of the equipment until the time of return of the equipment. If rented equipment must be left unsecured you MUST give notice to the Lessor so that arrangements can be made or so that the Lessor can give permission to leave items unsecured.

Damage Waiver

10% of the rental fee is charged to relieve the Lessee of liability for ACCIDENTAL damage to rented items. This includes the resetting of tenting after storm damage. All damaged/ broken items MUST be returned. Excluded from this damage waiver are mildewed linens, missing items, loss or damage due to theft, burglary, mysterious disappearance, misuse, abuse, or failure to care for rented items.

IF DAMAGE WAIVER IS DECLINED: the Lessee will be responsible for replacement or cost of replacement of all missing and/or broken items regardless of the reason for loss or breakage.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than fourteen (14) days notice forfeits the reservation down-payment which is equivalent to 50% of the rental items. Exclusions to this are tents, concession equipment, and special-order items.

Down-payments on tents, concession equipment, and special-order items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any cancellations after delivery, installation or pickup forfeits ALL payments.
